Song of Solomon

1.  (Solomon's Song of Songs is a wedding song inspired by the Holy Spirit, and penned by King Solomon -- There are 3 individuals or groups of people who are the "cast" of this book; Beloved-the Bride, Lover-the Bridegroom, and Friends-the Friends of the Bride and Bridegroom)  The Beloved extols her Lover and desires that he take her away with him -- The Friends rejoice with them -- The Beloved describes herself -- The Friends respond to her -- The Lover begins to describe his Beloved -- The Beloved begins to describe her Lover -- Lover and Beloved continue to speak to one another
2.  The Beloved and her Lover continue to inteact with one another in conversation
3.  The Beloved pours out her love for her Lover
4.  The Lover pours out his love for his Beloved
5.  The Lover speaks -- The Friends respond -- The Beloved longs for her Lover to return for her (In Hebrew wedding custom, the Bridegroom would, after  the couple was engaged, go to prepare their home and for the wedding feast.  The time before he returned might be quite lengthy.) -- The Friends ask the Beloved how her Lover is better than others -- The Beloved describes how her Lover is better than others
 6.  The Friends ask the Beloved which way the Lover has gone so they can help her look for him -- The Beloved tells them that he has gone to his garden -- The Lover praises the beauty of his Beloved
7.  The Lover speaks further on his Beloved's beauty -- The Beloved speaks of the joy of spending time with her Lover
8.  The Beloved continues to speak of her love for her Lover -- The Friends catch sight of the Lover and Beloved returning -- The Beloved talks with her Friends -- She then declares her devotion to her Lover -- The Lover encourages his Beloved to speak -- The Beloved suggests that her Lover come away with her
